Okay, so a few weeks back I made the mistake of restoring my site back to its database from May 1st, because I was trying to download a backup. Being stupid, I was too stupid to realize that I was about to set my database to May 1st instead of download the backup to my drive.

But anyway, how do you download backups from DirectAdmin?

RTFM.

If we should "RTFM", what's the point of this forum then? =

Oh sorry, my bad. I thought most people were intelligent enough to click on the "help" link at the top of the page before asking a forum.

Agreed - there's no point of a directadmin help section if all help questions are direct to some other website. Doesn't make for a good directory of help topics.

But anyway, I've still not figured out how to do this, so if someone can help me out, I'd appreciate it (also, I'm going to read that site but it probably won't help as much...).

http://www.site-helper.com/ is actually really useful for simple user stuff. As for the rest, like configuring hostnames and so on, there's more of a reason to ask for help elsewhere.
