Hi friends,
I am a nonprofit and I am trying to figure out how to create a social networking site for my members and volunteers on a budget. Do you know where we could get some help with this? Any recommendation will be appreciated.

You can also check out Joomla or any other content management system out there which is open source and can be easily modified.

Or watch out for IP.Dynamic, a new CMS project from Invision Power, which is bound to be awesome.
