A Downloads page

Hello guys!

My friend and I have a site together, where we make small programs in Visual Basic. Currently, when we have made a new program we have to manually make a new html page for each program.

So I want to make the site a little more dynamic, for example having an admin page where you can upload a program, write a description and stuff for it, and then have it automatically added to the Downloads page, and making a subpage for it.

You can see what it looks like here: http://www.apayostudios.com/downloads.php

If you click on any of the programs, you see that all pages look the same, except the text on it, and that's how I want it to look still. (Maybe a downloads counter too :P)

Anyways, I currently have no skills in PHP (but I'm going to learn some in school this year), so I wondered if you guys could help me out somehow. I've been looking around at the internet for some tutorial/source code, but I haven't found any that does what I want.

Thanks, poe.
(Had to rewrite the whole message cause my friend sent a link that messed up my window so I had to ctrl-alt-del... Probably forgot something now.)

edit: Oh yeah, the site is kinda made for Firefox, since I don't have IE so I haven't really been able to make it work for both.

This website will help you get passed the IE problem: http://browsershots.org/

I would look for a news system then customize it, news systems are much more abundant.

Thanks for the link! Seems like IE is the only browser that has problems with it. It works perfectly in all the other browsers.

And yeah, I've been looking at news systems too, but I don't think I'm good enough with PHP to be able to customize it that much. But I'm going to try tomorrow probably, unless I got other stuff to do.

I personally started off using Cutenews long ago, but it's too insecure nowadays. Look anywhere on the net for a news system tutorial and you're set, in my opinion.
