I just noticed that not only has Silktide gotten rid of the free version of Sitescore after having problems with server load and never upgrading their servers (Now only Sitescore Enterprise exists.), but they got a redesign as well. What do you all think of it? __________________________________ |

Personally I think Silktide can go to hell; they sold out. That's the number one way to abuse your position as a provider of an extremely helpful free resource for newbie web developers as well as new ones. It's a shame too, because now they've ditched a great way of advertising their enterprise program.
Fair enough - their servers were having trouble. I'm sure they could have gone to investors for a cash injection, and to be honest I wouldn't be too fussed if they put adverts on the results page because it'd be worth the hassle. __________________________________ |

Agree with Will.
About the redesign, god its Silktide of course it rocks. Kick ass use of new web trends (transparent PNG) and genuinely unique. Love it. __________________________________ |

i think theyv gone a bit overboard with the overlay. it causes accessibility problems when people can see the link, but not click on it if its under the transparent overlay.
