Too graphic heavy. Then again, all I care about is its standards compliance.. from then on it's "just another browser" to me =)

Takes up too much space in the top in my opinion.
By the way, does it follow the standards? So annoying when I make a site and then it works in all browsers except IE. __________________________________ |

I'm pretty sure it's supposed to follow standards much more. Obviously, from looking at the top, they're focusing on ease of use as well, but it looks incredibly ugly in my opinion. Definitely needs to be smaller, IE7 looks so much better.

I preferred the look of IE6. Shame about the horrid standards support...

No problem, nice to visit again and have some AVX feed activity!
However. The screenshot I posted originally has now been confirmed as fake. With the release of IE8 BETA, there are now some real screenshots floating around, like the below. Pretty much identical to IE7, but I'm not bothered, I just like the standards support. Screenshot 1 Screenshot 2 Screenshot 3 __________________________________ |

I think the fact that Microsoft is willing to finally push IE to support today's standards is fantastic, but I, too, prefer the look of IE6. I think the interface of 7/8 is horrendous.
They need to change it back. __________________________________ |

I just downloaded the beta and tried looking at one of my sites that I know look weird in IE7.
It looks a lot better but it's still far from good. But since it's still just a beta they will hopefully fix it. __________________________________ |

I like IE7's interface a lot. This is better than the fake screenshot, but I'd still say I like 7's interface better.

I aggree with bluestriker on the IE7 UI. 8's UI looks really good, but 7 wins out, in my opinion. Of course, this is from a FireFox/Opera junkie, so...
