Bravenet! They HAD a great site, but a recent bug on said site has made it to where you can't get on to edit your hosted page, or create another site. Well, with FireFox and Opera. I don't know if it happens in IE, since I abandoned it. Bottom line: Bravenet SUX!

Hehe, well, Bravenet was useful to me back in the day for getting scripts for things I didn't know how to do.. at all. I never knew they had a site builder too. I'm sure they'll fix it soon, though.

Well, if they do, it'll almost be too late. It's been doing this for at least half a year, if not more. I'm about ready to cancel my account with them, even though it'll nuke my site. Oh well...

I have to agree with bejoe95, bravenet has gone down the drain but in my opinion it was not that recent.

Bravenet was a good little service a while back but it just wend down hill, I used it over 4 years ago and was never satisfied, I still get their newsletter but I don't even open it anymore, it is completely worthless to me. I personally think that it would be better if someone found a decent free host (that does not mean freewebs) or if they were to get a paid host.

I personally run a webserver on my comp, although it's just for local testing. Until I can find a decent host, the server I was hosted on was good at one time, but then started having problems or limits put on the php install or maybe it was not configured correctly, I'm not sure, but thats why all my development has been on my local server (it's more reliable).

but bottom line: yeah, don't use bravenet

My host is pretty good, so good I don't even remember the last downtime I had.
